O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him! ~ Psalm 34

Blessed! We are blessed to pray and see the move of the Lord through our words… one for the other… like incense sent up before Him and poured out as a beautiful fragrance on our hearts. I’m thinking today about when I was in college, how my roommates and I often wrote our prayers on a list, then filled in the praise as the answers came. How it lifted us to look for Him in every moment, see His Heart and trust to His goodness! Sometimes we miss the joy of the blooming garden… So, for all those who prayed with us last week, here’s some praise to fragrance your day:
- Thanks from Mary… Thank you very much for all your prayers regarding my ear surgery. I truly have felt God’s Presence and peace throughout. The doctor was able to remove the entire tumor without disturbing my facial nerve! I saw the doctor this morning and my hearing is great! The tumor is non-cancerous ~ the best news! I have been taking it easy and hope to feel full energy soon! Thanks be to God! Many have been praying and we truly appreciate the support!
- An update on Laura… Laura was able to come home from the hospital on Feb. 28. She is grateful to be home after two weeks in the hospital. Her jaw is wired shut and she still has a traech in her throat. Her face is healing well. She has not been able to eat anything but a little broth. Please pray that she will be able to take in some nutritional liquids and pray that she will be lifted from depression. Thank you for upholding her in prayer. We know it is making a difference!
- And from Diane… Thank you to all for your prayers for me! It was exactly as you prayed. I went home blessed beyond measure that God had used me as His vessel to minister Life to His other daughters.
Let God’s promises shine on your problems. ~Corrie Ten Boom

I continue to pray for those we petitioned that are waiting for your grace…….. your answer to them, we await. Your own timing is the best. Help us see this according to you plans, and help us dwell upon the benefits they bring, even to others around us that witnessing testimonies of you Love, Mercy and Glory.
Help us to be the salt that give flavour to your very essence in us, that others may say who you really are to us and to them.

Trust and thanksgiving are related. The prayer list with answers written in as they came is a great idea! It reminds us to praise God.
Yes, isn’t it?
I can still remember one or two of those prayers and praises we wrote down back then… and most of all how it built our trust. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment Carol!
