Into the Looking Glass Season…

In a Wonderland they lie
Dreaming as the days go by…

O, fall in all it’s radiance seems but a glint of Glory yet to see —

a topsy turvy… looking glass…world

a momentary rainbow prism

reflection of Artistry beyond all we know…

“For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.”

~ 1 Corinthians 13:12

“But as it is written: “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.”

~ 1 Corinthians 2:9

Pam, I hope your wrist is healing nicely. In the midst of your difficulty, you still manage to lift our minds and spirits to a higher plane with a beautiful Scripture verse and a companion photograph, both reflecting God’s beauty and goodness. Well done.

    • It’s a small world, this internet, isn’t it? I often wonder if friends and family might be “silently” reading here… Thank you for your kind words, Norma. It means a lot to hear how these tiny posts are lifting, especially when I can’t write all I’d like to right now. It is feeling stronger…but still some healing to go. Hope you are doing well too…

  4. I love it when the trees become colorful. I love it in April-ish time when the leaves come back out and their color begins at light and becomes a few shades darker for the rest of the time til Fall comes. THEN the glorious colors hit strongly. I LOVE it. Thank you for sharing so beautifully.

I am claiming all His promises doubly so becaue of recent happenings here in our place. The earth-shaking truth is so real that daily we experience how the Earth is responding to wear and tear.
God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear, even if earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea.

    Psalm 46:1-2

Thank you, Pam for I delight in your encouragement.

  6. Barbie says:

Oh the beautiful colors of Fall!

  7. I like the pairing of poetry, photographs and scripture here. God’s handiwork is certainly evident in the brilliant colors of fall!
