  1. This is lovely Pam, and just last night I suggested to a friend who is painting, a gift she’s recently discovered, to paint a snow covered church. I even sent her a picture of one that was more like a cabin.

    • Thank you! It’s amazing how God is gifting people with painting who never knew they could before. Hope she takes you up on it! I had fun drawing this one because I love the vintage feel of the image…

I hope you click on over to see the other Christmas drawings I’ve been inspired with this year too… 🙂

  2. Eileen says:

Your drawing of Church in the pines is so beautiful, so quaint, and so charming…. Makes me feel Christmas. Makes me wish I could experience a Christmas in the snow, which I never have. So lovely, Pam.

    • I thought you might enjoy this one, Eileen. I don’t really know where the original photo was taken, but I think it has a sort of Northern California or Nevada feel to it… a place where they get snow but then it melts fairly quickly… I know what you mean. Before moving here, I only saw snow already fallen, like in Big Bear or Tahoe. Thanks!
